With years of experience, he has been an outdoor instructor, managed an outdoor adventure-based tour operator in Thailand, and developed tailor-made holidays focused on adventure travel for one of the UK's top travel companies, including options for men-only trips and unique outdoor experiences.
Today, Pathless Travel Co. is run by the owner of Husky Holidays, who facilitates adventure travel experiences, including exciting dog-sledding adventures in Finland and Sweden. He also manages the school group trip program at 8Adventures, which offers unique outdoor experiences tailored for men-only trips.

Concept
The PTC is the brainchild of several pub-based conversations with Iestyn and fellow friends. Noticing a distinct lack of men-only trips focused on adventure travel, as well as the challenges of making connections as an adult, there was a shared longing to engage in outdoor experiences. This is how the PTC took root.
The PTC is all about connection. Connection to the outdoors, connection with other people and new experiences, and connection with oneself. We aim to offer unique trips that are entirely beginner-friendly while simultaneously pushing limits in a welcoming, safe, friendly, and non-judgmental environment.
Simply put, we want to create fun trips for men who are looking for exciting outdoor experiences with like-minded individuals.

There are so many incredible travel companies out there that are pushing the limits of exploration and experience. In one sense, we are no different. In another, we uniquely focus on men-only trips, setting us apart in the adventure travel sector.
Over several years, we have gained experience in creating tailor-made itineraries for adventure travel to over 25 countries worldwide. We actively send individuals, couples, and families to Scandinavia for dog-sledding focused holidays, designed for those seeking outdoor experiences that engage them in active adventures in the remote wilderness.
Additionally, we have over 5 years of experience managing a school groups program for an outdoor adventure-based tour operator in Chiang Mai. Here, we facilitate DofE adventurous journeys, school residentials, and school expeditions lasting up to 2 weeks. These trips offer multi-day trekking and rafting expeditions, mountain biking, zip-lining, and much more.
Why men only trips?
The concept of men-only trips originates from a desire to unite individuals who are passionate about adventure travel and engaging with nature. These trips provide an opportunity for those who may otherwise find it difficult to connect with others interested in similar outdoor experiences.
Many individuals have young families, making it challenging for them to join in on these types of trips. Others may not have friends who share a love for the outdoors, or they might be newcomers to adventure-based travel wanting to explore something different. Additionally, some participants are simply eager to forge new friendships around a mutual love for outdoor activities.
